A Mad Micas Uncharted Color™
Mango Lassi Mica
Uncharted Colors™ are painstakingly created and tested in our lab by our in-house colorists. They are available only from Mad Micas and authorized resellers.

Deeply satisfying, calming, and delicious, the mango lassi originated in northwestern India (the Punjab region to be specific) in approximately 1000 BCE, which explains the moniker "ancient smoothie."
An inspired blend of mango, yogurt, milk, water, sweetener and spices (the exact recipes vary, of course, but those are the basic ingredients), it was said to have medicinal properties and was a component of Ayurvedic medicine, the lifestyle and herbal remedies-based health practices used in India for over 5,000 years. With yogurt's high protein, beneficial probiotics and potential to relieve heartburn, that's not surprising.
OUR Mango Lassi hasn't been around for thousands of years, but that doesn't mean it's not as comforting and sultry as the drink. Try some in whatever media you choose while you luxuriate with a mango lassi of your own; we've found a traditional mango lassi recipe as well as a vegan version for you to try. Enjoy!

- Usage rates can be varied to lighten or darken hue. Listed amounts create bright colors with no colored suds.
- White MP base will always create a pastel form of the color due to titanium dioxide in base.
- To use in bath bombs or other bath products (water applications), we recommend using polysorbate 80 at a rate of approximately 2% of your total batch weight (dry and wet ingredients). This should allow the color to disperse evenly and eliminate mica from floating on the water's surface or leaving a ring of color around the tub.
