Voodoo Red-Pink Mica

Sample bags contain one generous teaspoon (approx. 3-4 g).

Voodoo mica is a great deep, dark pink with a red tone that is one of our biggest sellers.  We love the way it comes out in cold process soap!

Soap Notes

Usage rates in Cold Process soap: 1-2 tsp. per pound of oils.

Usage rates in Melt & Pour soap: 1/4-1/2 tsp per pound of M&P base.

Adjust these calculations to lighten or darken your desired hue. These amounts create bright colors with no colored suds.

Bath Bomb Notes

To use in bath bombs or other water applications, you must use polysorbate 80 (emulsifier) at a rate of 1-2% of your total batch weight. This should disperse the color evenly and eliminate mica from floating on the water's surface or leaving a ring of mica around the bathtub.

Top End Sunset

This colour is amazing in its accuracy when trying to capture the colour of the sun as it sets in the Top End of Australia. I don't know how many attempts I've made, but this one gets it. Love Mad Mica colours. They are value for money. Because they are so concentrated a little goes a long way which stretches the budget further which is fantastic.
