Spicy Tomato Brick-Red Mica
Spicy Tomato Brick-Red Mica
Spicy Tomato™
Spicy Tomato is a lush reddish-burgundy mica with a sparkly metallic sheen.
"WOW - Okay so honestly, I’m not big on red and just got this to do patriotic freshies, but WOW!! This color absolutely blew me away. It is GORGEOUS and the sparkle in it is AMAZING. It is one of my favorite colors from MM so far!!" —Shelby M. (verified)
The name comes from the neighborhood family-owned restaurants we loved back home in Brooklyn, where they'd lovingly fold their baby raviolis by hand and cook spicy tomato sauce fresh every day.

I wasn't sure of the color at first glance, but I really love this mica shade! It really gives a beautiful dark metallic sheen when I applied it to my candle! Every angle looks just a little bit different and it has so much depth to it! I'm going to use it in a few resin projects as well as in my soaps! I'll update with pictures when I do, but im definitely a fan of the spicy tomato🍅
An absolute banger of a deep red. love love love it. will be buying more!
Beautiful color - didn’t end up liking it in my lip balm/tint but I’m going to try it in a gloss instead.
I've used this mica in cold process projects. It is a vivid, satisfying red. At higher amounts it's a brilliant, bright red (not as dark as brick red pictured in the product photos)--a strawberry or watermelon red. In lower amounts with more yellow oils, it can be a faded, rustic pink. It's a versatile mica that's becoming a staple for my soap colorants.
Perfect dark red
