Koi is a great deep orange mica. The mica is Koi fish-like in color... a true orange with a hint of pink/red. It is unique and quite bold.

When used in clear melt and pour (MP) soap, it captures all the gorgeous shimmer and hues. Like a school of fish in the Koi pond, this one really captures your attention.

- Mad Micas sources exclusively from ethical supply lines.
- Mad Micas requires declarations from all suppliers stating that no minors participate in mining, factory work, transportation or any other process involved in the production of anything we carry.
- Mad Micas will not source product from areas (for example, mica from India) in which there have been documented ethical transgressions.
- The Mad Micas transport supply chain consists exclusively of major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL and thus is free of forced or child labor.

My first try of Koi, was from someone's destash; and I find it'd the first orange I look at.
I just love Koi! It's dark, vibrant, and sexy! I use it and Pumpkin Head interchangeably and love the results in my soap!
I absolutely love the vibrancy of mad micas colors. Koi is no exception. It is rich, vibrant and can be tamed or emboldened with what it’s used in. I used it in my soap at 1 tsp. Per pound of oils and in my bath bomb to desired depth. Keeping in mind, my soap does have olive and avocado oils which did mute the koi some. I LOVE the results! The other colors in soap are bright yellow raincoat and crazy eyes. Bath bomb also features koi, bright yellow raincoat a different color.
Absolutely a must use color!
