Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind what we sell. If you have an issue or a problem with any product or shipment, please call us immediately at 561-845-0050 so that we can address and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Refunds On Returns

Colorants: In order to maintain our high quality and sanitary standards, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of any colorants due to buyer's remorse and thus cannot provide refunds in these cases. This is to protect the integrity of our products and prevent any possibility of product contamination. 

Other Products (e.g. measuring spoons, cups, etc.): Mad Micas will replace or refund the cost of any defective products if we are notified within 31 days of delivery. All non-colorant products are returnable for refund withing 31 days of delivery for any reason as long as they are new and unused. In these cases, customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds On Order Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us time to stop the shipment from leaving our warehouse. In such cases, we are happy to refund your money in full.* 

If your order has shipped, please refuse delivery or contact us to arrange return shipping. As long as the package is unopened, we are happy to refund the cost of the product.

Please note that custom color orders and large volume orders (those exceeding 100 pounds) cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded once placed and paid for (in full or in part); these orders are final.

*We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on some orders over $100 that have been picked and packed before we are contacted with a cancellation request.
