COVID-19 Update: International Shipping
As of April 2020, service disruptions to over 100 countries worldwide have been reported by international carriers.
According to the USPS, customers should expect significant delays in all international inbound and outbound mail services due to operational changes resulting from spread of COVID-19.
Factors that may cause delay: Some airlines have halted flights to Europe, Asia, Africa and certain countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, citing force majeure. Operations are subject to national government measures and restrictions that are affecting operations, processing and customer service. Delivery staff hours have been significantly reduced.
Because of these interruptions, we are only able to offer shipping via DHL to international locations outside of North America. For the time being, this does not affect shipments via USPS to Canada, though we will update this post if that changes. As soon as USPS deliveries return to normal operations we will make that option available once again.
To help mitigate the cost difference between USPS and DHL, we have reduced the DHL shipping rate until we are able to offer USPS international shipping once again.
Please note that we have no knowledge of your locality's delivery delays and/or restrictions. Please research local conditions before purchasing as we cannot be responsible for packages that are confiscated, lost or stolen.

Shipping fees are pulled directly from the shipping companies based on your order size and shipping address.
DHL Express (Worldwide)
DHL offers insured, traceable and incredibly fast shipping to most countries. DHL continues to astonish us with an often only one-day transit time to Canada, and 2-4 day service to most of the rest of the world.
USPS First Priority International: While we offer USPS to Canada at this time, please understand that it can 1-3 weeks to reach your destination. USPS has 90 days to deliver the package before it is considered lost and a claim can be filed. We cannot replace the package until we file for a lost package.
Though more expensive, Mad Micas endorses DHL for international shipping due to the speed of delivery, tracking ability and package insurance.
We clearly and accurately label all customs forms with contents and value of all orders.
It is each customer's responsibility to understand and abide by their country's import rules and restrictions. If products are confiscated or destroyed due to import restrictions, Mad Micas will not be able to refund the customer for the product or shipping fees.
All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, shipping fees or any additional expenses are to be paid by the customer.
We are sorry, but we are no longer able to ship to Mexico or Nigeria due to import restrictions on colorants.
